Early morning departure from Watamu/Malindi. Drive through the savannah to Tsavo East's Voi Gate. Afternoon game drive across the iconic red plains - spot elephant herds, lions, giraffes and the park's famous "red elephants" coated in Tsavo's rust-coloured dust. Sundowner on the savannah followed by dinner and overnight at lodge.
Full day game drives in Tsavo East. Visit Lugard's Falls where the Galana River squeezes through ancient rock gorges, and Mudanda Rock - a natural dam where hundreds of elephants gather. Keep eyes peeled for cheetah, leopard, and rare species like the Lesser Kudu. Dinner and overnight at lodge.
Early morning departure westward to Amboseli National Park - Kenya's elephant paradise. Game drive with the majestic snow-capped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop. Amboseli is home to some of Africa's largest elephant herds. After lunch, begin the return journey to the coast, arriving Watamu/Malindi by evening.
